ProveSignal is a skill demonstration platform. By using the service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Employment Guarantee

ProveSignal does not guarantee job placement, interviews, employment opportunities, or hiring outcomes. Employers and users interact independently.

2. User Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of content they submit. By submitting content, users grant ProveSignal a non-exclusive license to display and distribute submitted materials for platform functionality.

3. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information and must not submit false, misleading, infringing, or unlawful content.

4. Intellectual Property

Users represent that they have the necessary rights to submit all content. ProveSignal reserves the right to remove content that violates intellectual property or platform rules.

5. Platform Neutrality

ProveSignal does not verify qualifications, background information, or authenticity of user submissions. Hiring decisions are solely the responsibility of employers.

6. No Warranty

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

The developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Modifications

The service and these terms may be modified at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
