The business using the app is responsible for the accuracy of what it enters, for the customer information it holds, and for keeping its own device secure and backed up.
The app is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Use of the app is at your own risk.
The developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the app — including lost records on a device that is damaged, lost or reset.
