Read this first. Sh!t Now What? is an organisational checklist. It is not emergency services, and it does not provide medical, veterinary, legal, financial, insurance or professional trade advice. If anyone is in danger, stop reading and call your local emergency number.

Sh!t Now What? gives you general, pre-written checklists for common household, vehicle, travel, financial and personal situations. Each one sets out what to stop doing, what to do next, what to avoid, and the kind of professional or service to contact. It works entirely offline and stores what you save on your own device.

Nothing in the app creates a professional relationship of any kind between you and YohApps.
In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. Do not use the app instead of calling for help, and do not delay calling in order to read it.
The app deliberately does not dial for you and does not contain any national emergency number, because it does not know your location or country and never asks for either. Knowing the correct number where you are is your responsibility.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, this app is not the right help. Contact your local emergency number or a crisis line.
The checklists are general and written without knowledge of your situation, your property, your equipment, your health, your local rules, or the conditions in front of you. You are responsible for deciding whether any step is safe and appropriate for you to take, and for stopping when it is not. Where a step is beyond your skill, tools or physical ability, contact a qualified professional instead.
We make a reasonable effort to keep the checklists accurate, general and safe, but we do not warrant that they are complete, current, or correct for your circumstances. Guidance, regulations and best practice differ by country and change over time. Some steps that are routine in one place are prohibited, regulated or dangerous in another.
The app contains no legal thresholds, prices, phone numbers or jurisdiction-specific requirements, and deliberately refers to roles — “a licensed plumber”, “your insurer's claims line” — rather than named organisations or numbers.
Some checklists can open your maps app with a search term, or open a page from a public authority in your browser. Those services are operated by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them, do not endorse the results they return, and are not responsible for their content or availability. Choosing and vetting any professional you find is your decision.
Incidents, notes and settings are stored only on your device. We have no access to them, cannot recover them, and are not responsible for their loss — including through device failure, loss or theft, deleting the app, or a device restore. If a note matters to you, keep a copy somewhere else. See the privacy policy.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to the App Store or Google Play terms that also apply.

The app, its checklist content, name, wordmark, icon and design are owned by YohApps and protected by copyright and trade mark law. The licence above does not transfer any ownership. Notes you write remain yours; they never leave your device, so we acquire no rights in them.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular situation.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YohApps and its officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, property damage, personal injury, loss of profits or business interruption, arising from or connected to your use of, or inability to use, the app — including any action you take or do not take on the basis of its content.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the app or ten euros.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update the app and its content, and may change these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the last-updated date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may also stop distributing or supporting the app at any time; the copy already installed on your device will keep working until you remove it or your operating system stops supporting it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
